Zorggroep Drenthe zoekt een ervaren Adviseur Leren & Ontwikkelen om het leer- en ontwikkelplan te coördineren en te implementeren binnen de organisatie. Je bewaakt scholing, praktijkleren en vakbekwaamheid en zorgt voor samenhang tussen verschillende betrokkenen.
Je vertaalt organisatiedoelen naar concrete leeractiviteiten en adviseert het MT en leidinggevenden over prioriteiten en uitvoering. Je begeleidt BOL-/BBL-/stageprocessen en houdt regie op het leermanagementsysteem.
