Job Overview  Provide critical engineering support to the NAM production units and modification teams. Work as a key member of a multidisciplinary group, leveraging expertise in material selection, corrosion management, coating, welding, and cathodic protection. Support mechanical systems across the full value chain from wells to sales while maintaining the highest standards of HSSE and technical integrity.
What Will You Do   Perform and sustain corrosion management across NL production units, evaluating degradation threats, assessing inspection data, and delivering timely solutions.
Provide indirect leadership within assigned squads and coach staff to raise awareness of materials and corrosion engineering.
Drive collaboration between engineering chapters and production units to embed long‑term sustainable equipment performance into daily decision‑making.
Interface with discipline technical authorities, risk‑based inspection teams, and support Fabric Maintenance and other disciplines.
Maintain integrity of company assets of all ages, ensuring safety, reliability, and availability within budget.
What We Need from You   Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in metallurgy, material science, chemical engineering, or a related discipline; HNC/HND level with adequate practical experience is considered.
Expertise in material selection, corrosion management, corrosion monitoring, failure analysis, welding, fabric maintenance, and cathodic protection.
Technical knowledge of design, selection, specification, and performance of equipment, preferably with Mechanical Static engineering experience.
Experience in risk‑based inspection, RBI, SAP, and inspection/welding techniques.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to work autonomously and as a team player, and result‑oriented mindset.
Good communication, stakeholder management, commercial mindset, and high degree of autonomy.

Experience with maintenance and integrity management systems and offshore operating assets is preferred.
