A Snapshot of Your Day
You start your day by coordinating with customers across the Netherlands, preparing for on‑site assignments. Most of your time is spent in the field, traveling to industrial client sites such as chemical plants, oil & gas facilities, or power plants. You work hands‑on with electrification, automation, and digitalization systems, performing installations, commissioning, or maintenance. Between tasks, you troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure systems run reliably.

You also engage closely with customers, build relationships, and support colleagues by sharing your expertise and mentoring less experienced team members.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Delivery of on‑site technical services including installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrification, automation, and digitalization systems

Execution of advanced troubleshooting and preventative maintenance to ensure high system reliability and uptime

Responsibility for maintaining high service levels across diverse industrial environments such as chemical, oil & gas, and power generation

Management of customer relationships, ensuring strong communication, trust, and satisfaction during service engagements

Independent handling of complex field service assignments and customer‑facing projects

Contribution to team development through mentoring and knowledge sharing with less experienced colleagues

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field

Extensive professional experience (typically 5+ years) in field service, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial electrical and automation systems

Proven capability to independently solve complex technical issues and manage customer‑facing assignments

Strong practical expertise in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance within demanding industrial environments

Valid electrical safety certification in accordance with recognized industry standards (e.g. Stipel IV/WV)

Experience operating within highly regulated or safety‑critical environments, including offshore standards such as Nogepa

Benefits

A wide range of professional development and growth opportunities in a global company

Encouraging, diverse and collaborative work culture

Remote/flexible work and possibilities to travel abroad

An attractive, collectively agreed remuneration package with a corporate pension and other fringe benefits
