Provincie Drenthe zoekt bij De Vijverhof in Assen een betrokken helpende die bewoners bij verzorging ondersteunt en stimuleert om zelfredzaam te blijven. Je werkt met psychogeriatrische zorg en maakt deel uit van een hecht team.
Je signaleert veranderingen, werkt nauw samen met familie en multidisciplinaire teams en draagt bij aan een warme, huiselijke sfeer. Tijdelijk contract 24–28 uur per week, cao VVT, 8% vakantiegeld en eindejaarsuitkering.
