Ggzvs in Assen is op zoek naar een Onderwijs trajectbegeleider die de regie houdt over het arbeidsre-integratie traject voor patiënten. Je zult hen begeleiden bij het vinden van een geschikte werkplek en het ontwikkelen van vaardigheden.
De rol vereist een hbo-opleiding in Social Work en ervaring in het coachen van patiënten, vooral in de forensische psychiatrie. Wij bieden diverse arbeidsvoorwaarden, inclusief scholingsmogelijkheden en een eindejaarsuitkering.
