Een zorgorganisatie in Drenthe zoekt een Sociaal Psychiatrisch Verpleegkundige. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van cliënten met verslavingsproblematiek en bied je hen ondersteuning in hun herstelproces. Je werkt multidisciplinair en voert intakegesprekken, stelt behandelplannen op en behandelt cliënten.
