Zorgfabriek in Assen zoekt een woonbegeleider voor jongeren en (jong) volwassenen met complexe problematiek. Je biedt ondersteuning in hun dagelijks leven en creëert een veilige omgeving waar cliënten zich kunnen ontwikkelen.
De rol omvat het begeleiden bij praktische zaken en het behouden van rust en veiligheid. Werken in vroege, avonddiensten en slaapdiensten is onderdeel van de functie. Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband om de begeleiding continue en van hoge kwaliteit te waarborgen.
