Zorgplein Noord in Assen zoekt een ervaren zorginhoudelijk coördinerend begeleider voor 28-32 uur per week. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de begeleiding van jongeren in een beschermde woonvorm en neem je positie binnen het team. Je hebt een hbo-diploma en kennis van de jeugdzorg en LVB-problematiek. Het salaris bedraagt tussen de € 3052,- en € 4262,- per maand.
