Homerun B.V. is op zoek naar een ambulant gezinsbehandelaar in Assen. In deze rol werkt u met jeugdigen van 7 tot 18 jaar en hun ouders, met een focus op het bevorderen van duurzame veranderingen. U beheert uw eigen afspraken en werkt nauw samen met orthopedagogen.
Minimaal 20 uur per week, met uitstekende arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens CAO Jeugdzorg, inclusief een goede beloning en vervoersfaciliteiten.
