Zorgplein Noord zoekt twee verbindende projectleiders in Drenthe voor het versterken van wijkverbanden in de eerstelijnszorg. In deze rol werk je samen met zorg- en welzijnsprofessionals om duurzame lokale oplossingen te creëren en te ondersteunen.
Je begeleidt wijkverbanden, faciliteert samenwerking, en zorgt voor de voortgang en kwaliteit van projecten. Met een contract van 16 uur per week, biedt de organisatie een salaris volgens schaal 9 van de Cao Huisartsenzorg (min. € 4766,- en max. € 6091,- op basis van een fulltime dienstverband).
