Pears zoekt een Begeleider EMB om een diverse doelgroep in de gehandicaptenzorg te ondersteunen. Je biedt ADL-hulp, helpt bij wassen en aankleden en zorgt voor een rustige, duidelijke begeleiding.
Je begint de dienst met overdracht, zoekt naar een voorspelbaar dagritme, stemt af met collega’s en familie en past tempo en communicatie aan op elke cliënt. Nachtdiensten zijn niet nodig en flexibiliteit wordt gewaardeerd.
