GGZ Drenthe in Assen zoekt een maatschappelijk werker die patiënten en hun sociale omgeving centraal stelt. Je biedt psychosociale en praktische hulp binnen het behandelteam en werkt aan vragen over wonen, financiën, zorg en maatschappelijke ondersteuning.
Je werkt binnen Langdurige Zorg met mogelijkheden voor BOR of Kortdurende Opname en werkt nauw samen met andere ketenpartners. Een HBO-opleiding Maatschappelijk Werk en Dienstverlening is vereist; wij bieden een uitdagende functie met
