Leger des Heils in Assen zoekt een Persoonlijk Begeleider Opvang voor ondersteuning aan (jong) volwassenen en bewoners van beschermd wonen in een intramurale setting. Je werkt met humor, zorg en integriteit om herstel te bevorderen en een veilige omgeving te creëren.
Naast begeleiding biedt de functie zorgplannen, rapportages en mogelijkheden via de interne Leger des Heils Academie. Het contract is 24 uur per week voor 12 maanden met intentie tot vast dienstverband.
