GGZ Drenthe zoekt een Onderwijs trajectbegeleider die regie houdt over het gehele arbeid re-integratie traject en patiënten begeleidt bij het vinden van werk of dagbesteding.
Je ontwikkelt vaardigheden op de werkplek, adviseert collega’s over activering en betaald werk en werkt nauw samen met netwerkpartners en gemeenten.
Met een HBO-opleiding Social Work of SJD en ervaring in coaching ben je proactief, flexibel en communicatief sterk; kennis van arbeidswetgeving is een plus.
