Vanboeijen zoekt een betrokken coördinator dagbesteding op de locatie Geelbroekerweg in Hooghalen om jongvolwassenen en volwassenen met complexe zorgvragen te begeleiden in een veilige, prikkelarme omgeving. Je coördineert de dagbesteding, vertaalt doelen uit het persoonlijk plan naar passende activiteiten en schakelt af met de persoonlijk begeleider onder verantwoordelijkheid van de gedragsdeskundige.
Er is continuëteit tussen wonen en dagbesteding.
