Gemeente Westerwolde zoekt een Consulent Jeugd & Veiligheid voor 32-36 uur per week. Je werkt in een gebiedsteam en bent aansluiting bij de vakgroep Jeugd. Je voert gesprekken met kinderen en hun opvoeders en betrekt hulpverlenende instanties bij de zorg voor het kind.
Je analyseert opvoedingssituaties, brengt de behoefte in kaart en beoordeelt of het kind veilig en gezond kan opgroeien. Je legt het verslag vast, regie op hulpverlening en evaluatie van doelen.
