Zorg Zaak zoekt ambulant begeleider C (MBO
3) voor Assen, 24–28 uur per week, met focus op zelfstandig professioneel handelen en cliëntgerichte ondersteuning. Reageren op lange termijn met uitzicht op contractverlenging. Vereist rijbewijs en auto, plus een Verklaring omtrent Gedrag.
De functie biedt prettige samenwerking in multidisciplinaire teams en meerjarige mogelijkheden binnen de WLZ, WMO en Jeugdwet, met een duidelijke balans tussen begeleiding en administratieve taken.
