Columbia Memorial Hospital in collaboration with Oregon Health & Science University is seeking a general surgery leader to join our Astoria, Oregon group of experienced surgeons who provide general surgery care to patients in a community setting.

• Clinical Associate role with a balanced mix of dedicated OR and clinic time.
• Collaborative, established relationships with surgeons, oncology providers, radiologists, pathologists, hospitalists and primary care providers.
• 1:4 General Surgery call while maintaining prompt off‑site availability.
• Growing and financially strong organization.

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certification or Board Eligible in General Surgery.
• Active, unrestricted Oregon Medical License.
• DEA Certificate.
