• Perform professional skincare services including facials, peels, masks, extractions, and other treatments based on individual client needs
• Conduct thorough skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments and homecare
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment area
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety
• Provide a welcoming and relaxing experience for each guest
• Promote additional services and retail products in a knowledgeable and professional manner
• Communicate clearly with Spa and Front Desk teams about scheduling, guest preferences, and treatment outcomes

• Current Esthetics License in the state of Oregon (required)
• Minimum 2 years of spa or esthetics experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to upsell retail products
• Ability to build trust and long‑term client relationships
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Knowledge of spa software systems a plus (training provided)
