Patient Connection Center Manager
The Patient Connection Center Manager provides leadership, supervises, and coordinates activities related to patient scheduling and access for medical group clinics, cancer center and ancillary services at Columbia Memorial Hospital. This role also oversees insurance authorizations and referrals for outpatient services, ensures quality patient care through medication refills and population health initiatives, and oversees day‑to‑day Patient Connection Center operations in collaboration with managers in clinics, cancer center, ancillary services, and patient financial services.
The manager provides administrative oversight and supervision of staff to enhance quality of care for clinic customers and plans for and oversees the annual budget.

Education And/or ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education. Previous experience in a supervisory or management role with experience in the relevant areas of patient access, including in‑depth knowledge of customer service, registration, scheduling, and revenue cycle.
Physical Demands and Work Environment Conditions / ADA ComplianceWorks inside; walking and standing much of the time while on duty. Long shifts necessary ject to occasional physical and emotional stress within a fast‑paced environment. Tolerates bending, sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling for 8–12 hours (shift dependent).
