Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) in collaboration with Oregon Health & Science is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join our established practice in Astoria, Oregon. As an CNM with CMH, you will join an evidence-based practice in a thriving and supported environment. We offer an exceptionally collaborative practice where comprehensive, quality time with patients is a priority.
Practice Details- A four-day work week.
- Mix of both obstetrics and gynecology.
- Shared call, OB‑GYN backup.
- Patient population specifically expressing desire for midwifery care.
- Collaborative, interdisciplinary team focused on helping patients feel safe and heard.
- Guaranteed base salary with annual quality incentives.
- Hiring incentives including commencement bonus and relocation.
- Master's of Nursing
- ACNM, AMCB, or ACC certification as a nurse‑midwife.
- Ability to obtain an active license with the Oregon State Board of Nursing
- DEA Certificate
- Demonstrated ability to work with a team of health care providers and collaborate to achieve patient care goals.
- Preferably two years of clinical practice experience.
