Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) in collaboration with Oregon Health & Science is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join our established practice in Astoria, Oregon. As an CNM with CMH, you will join an evidence-based practice in a thriving and supported environment. We offer an exceptionally collaborative practice where comprehensive, quality time with patients is a priority.

• A four-day work week.
• Mix of both obstetrics and gynecology.
• Shared call, OB‑GYN backup.
• Patient population specifically expressing desire for midwifery care.
• Collaborative, interdisciplinary team focused on helping patients feel safe and heard.

• Master's of Nursing
• ACNM, AMCB, or ACC certification as a nurse‑midwife.
• Ability to obtain an active license with the Oregon State Board of Nursing
• DEA Certificate
• Demonstrated ability to work with a team of health care providers and collaborate to achieve patient care goals.
• Preferably two years of clinical practice experience.
