HVAC Installer​/Technician

P & L Johnson, a leading HVAC company serving the Astoria, OR area, is seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The installer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.

Job Type: Full-time

• Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork according to specifications and industry standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

• Previous experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role.
• Proficiency in installing and repairing HVAC systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• EPA certification preferred.

Salary:
Up to $34.00/hour
