Kid to Kid is always looking for friendly, outgoing, kid‑loving people to join our team who are willing to work hard, multi‑task, and take pride in keeping the store clean, organized and shoppable.

Our team members cross‑train and work in other areas of the store as needed, which provides great advancement opportunities. We offer flexible schedules that compliment your busy life, great employee discounts and a fun retail environment.

We buy and sell the best items kids outgrow while customers receive cash on the spot. This fast‑paced buying and selling keeps the work interesting and varied. We manage inventory by tagging, hanging and merchandising, and our employees learn all sides of the business. We are proactive and innovative with our customers and interact with them online and in the store.

• Being friendly, courteous and energetic every day
• Ability to open and close the store
• Cashiering while making friends with our great customers
• Merchandising—creating an appealing selling floor among hundreds of items purchased everyday
• Restocking as needed—ensuring customers always find new things!
• Tagging and sorting clothes, toys, and baby equipment
• Learning Kid‑to‑Kid’s systems and procedures (training is provided online and in‑store)
• Handling all returns courteously and professionally
• Sharing our current promotional events and sales with customers in the store and online
• Maintaining good housekeeping—tidying up as new items arrive and kids play

Compensation: $8.75 per hour
