Head Track and Field Coach

Maur Hill-Mount Academy is seeking an energetic and committed individual to lead and develop our high school Track & Field program in alignment with the schools Catholic mission and values. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, integrity, and a passion for forming student-athletes in mind, body, and character.

Responsibilities include

• Plan, organize, and conduct effective in-season practices that develop athletes across a variety of events.
• Build and grow the Track & Field program with a long-term, future-focused vision.
• Foster sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect in all aspects of the program.
• Promote academic success and personal growth, serving as a positive role model for student-athletes.
• Manage meet schedules, practice plans, and team logistics.
• Coordinate with assistant coaches to ensure a unified and fundamentally sound coaching approach.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with athletes, parents, and school administration.
• Maintain high expectations for effort, behavior, and representation of the school s values.
