Overview

Extendicare is a leading provider of care and services for seniors across Canada. This role is part of our RN team at Extendicare Athabasca Home in Athabasca, Alberta, focusing on leadership and clinical care for residents in accordance with standards of practice.

• Liaise with interdisciplinary team and care providers to develop, implement, review and evaluate resident complex care plans including education and support.
• Provide leadership to nursing and personal care staff by planning, directing, supervising and evaluating their work.

• Current registration with provincial College of Nurses as a Registered Nurse (RN).

Extendicare Athabasca Home, Athabasca, Alberta. Available opportunities include: 1 Full-Time Day and Nights rotation. Time Type:
