Our client is seeking a Plant Controller to join a large, established organization. This is a highly visible role that partners directly with plant leadership to drive financial performance, support operations, and provide insight into cost, inventory, and manufacturing results.

- 5+ years of manufacturing accounting experience with a strong cost accounting background
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, inventory, and standard costing
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work closely with operations in a hands‑on environment
