As a General Service Technician you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to customers while working collaboratively with the team. • Effective communication with customers and store team members.
• Perform basic general service maintenance tasks, including oil changes, fluid checks, brake inspections, tire inflation, and other preventative maintenance services.
• Perform tire repairs—patching, plugging, replacement, and balancing—while adhering to proper torquing procedures that follow manufacturer specifications.
• Embrace the onboarding process and continual training using mobile learning management systems, POS operating system, and lead‑follow mentoring on service procedures, safety protocols, and operating processes.
