We are looking to add a new OD to our team that will put patients first and add to our enthusiastic and uplifting work culture.

- Do what you love – Our ODs practice Full Scope Optometry and provide care to refractive and medical patients. Generally we are a highly medical group, so our new employee can anticipate sharpening their skills and practicing to the fullest extent of their license!
- Fantastic locations – Our locations have complete lanes, fundus photos, OCT, VF at a minimum, as well as Revolution EHR. We have opticians, technicians, and all of our ODs have tech support, so the OD is responsible for patient care and charting!
- Maintain Work/Life Balance – We have flexible hours varying by location and we are eager to work with candidates to ensure the best schedule for your lifestyle. Our doctors see an average of 20 patients/day, allowing them to provide specialized, focused care!
- Healthy Compensation – Our doctors receive a competitive salary and a benefit package with: insurance options, 401(k) match – 3 %, PTO, licensing fees, malpractice and very robust insurance.
- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree
- An Optometry license in the state you will be practicing
- We would love to work with ODs that are passionate about a specialty!
