We are currently seeking a highly skilled Permanent Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on varied projects in the engineering industry, with a focus on machine design, process improvement, and time studies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and a proven track record of using Auto Cad, FMEA, and other relevant tools to deliver high‑quality results.

This position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Designing and developing new machines and equipment using Auto Cad, ensuring they meet all necessary specifications and safety standards.
• Performing detailed time studies to assess the efficiency of our machines and processes, identifying areas for improvement.
• Implementing process improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Conducting FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to anticipate potential failures and mitigate risks in our machines and processes.
• Collaborating closely with other engineers and team members to design, test, and refine our machines and equipment.
• Keeping abreast of the latest developments in mechanical engineering, machine design, and process improvement to ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry.
• Documenting all work and results clearly and accurately for future reference.

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on machine design and process improvement.
• Proficiency in Auto Cad and a solid understanding of FMEA.
• Proven experience in conducting time studies and implementing process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex mechanical problems.
• Excellent communication and team working skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality work.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
