Be Part of the Shape Family
We are thinkers, believers, and doers. At Shape, we don’t see the norm as our limit—we see it as a launchpad. We challenge tradition, push boundaries, and create solutions others say can’t be done. Join us and help shape the future of engineering.

Our student engineering program offers hands‑on experience across multiple disciplines in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Interns and co‑ops gain exposure to real‑world projects, technical challenges, and cross‑functional collaboration—building a strong foundation for future careers.
