Senior Project Manager

Are you a seasoned project manager with expertise in capital projects and the FEL process? Join our team to lead large-scale, complex projects in a heavy manufacturing environment, ensuring efficiency, safety, and strategic alignment.

• Project Leadership – Manage capital projects from initiation through commissioning, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• FEL Process Expertise – Oversee all stages of Front-End Loading (FEL-1, FEL-2, FEL-3) to drive strategic planning and risk management.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with engineering, procurement, operations, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Risk & Compliance Management – Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies while ensuring adherence to safety standards.
• Budget & Schedule Control – Maintain control over budgets, timelines, and performance metrics, reporting progress to senior leadership.
• Vendor & Contract Oversight – Manage external contractors and procurement activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Continuous Improvement – Implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in capital project management.
• 4+ years in construction project management.
• PMP
  , CAPM
  , or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the FEL process (FEL-1, FEL-2, FEL-3) and project life cycle.
• Proven track record of managing $5M+ budgets in capital projects.
• Expertise in engineering, manufacturing, and heavy industry processes.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices.
• Willingness to visit construction sites & manufacturing plants as needed.
• Ability to travel to project sites when required.
