3rd Shift Supervisor – Athens, AL –

Experience:

3+ years supervision in a manufacturing environment. Eligibility for overtime. Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule, 8‑hour shifts.

• Optimize productivity and supervise personnel to ensure safe, effective operations.
• Analyze information to optimize schedules and productivity.
• Coach, mentor, and troubleshoot workers for maximum effectiveness.
• Resolve conflicts and multi-task across day, afternoon, and night shifts.

• 3+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of safety programs and regulations.
• Excellent problem solver and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with tube mill or roll‑forming operations.
• Proficiency in Windows, MS‑Office, and enterprise software.
• High school or equivalent (Preferred).
