As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping the facility operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.

• Diagnosing issues involving PLCs, robotics, conveyors, and automated manufacturing systems.

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.

• Identifying equipment problems and implementing long-term solutions.

• Supporting equipment installations, adjustments, and improvements.

• Working closely with production and maintenance team members to maintain efficient operations.

• Participating in continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives.

• Maintaining accurate maintenance records and communicating effectively across shifts.

• Promoting a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

We're interested in maintenance professionals who are mechanically inclined, technically capable, dependable, and enjoy solving problems.

• At least 2.5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

• Experience working with industrial equipment and automated production systems.

• Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and industrial controls.

• Ability to diagnose problems independently and work effectively with a team.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of an industrial maintenance position.
