Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and maintain a new company website
  • Manage all company social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and engagement
  • Improve customer reach through effective SEO campaigns.
  • Capture and edit photos and videos from job sites for use on websites, social platforms, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate and assist with outside videography companies on major projects.
  • Create promotional materials for training classes, events, and internal use.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and community events as a spokesperson
  • Develop letters, forms, reports, and presentations to support marketing initiatives.

Research, Reporting & Analytics

  • Assemble, present, and analyze market research data in clear, concise, and reader-friendly format.
  • Manage effective tracking systems for online marketing activities.

Administration & Office Support

  • Perform administrative office management activities to support marketing and company operations.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with both office and field staff.

Professional Standards & Safety

  • Always Represent and promote Grayson Carter & Son in a professional and honest manner.
  • Follow all company safety rules and regulations while performing work tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the success of the team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related role (preferred)
  • Strong proficiency with digital platforms, including website management, social media, and SEO.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, multitasking and project management skills
  • Creative eye for design and storytelling through photography/videography
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and represent the company professionally
