The Registered Nurse (RN) organizes and coordinates the delivery of nursing care to groups of patients in compliance with hospital and departmental policies, protocols, and procedures. He/she provides direct patient care by monitoring physiological and behavioral status, evaluating patient progress and the effectiveness of interventions, and by performing treatments and procedures. He/she recognizes, reports, and documents clinical observations. The Registered Nurse participates in orientation, training, and management of personnel.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current AL RN License.
- BLS required.
