- Day Shift: 6 AM – 2 PM (1st Shift)
- Evening Shift: 2 PM - 10 PM (2nd Shift)
- Overnight Shift: 10 PM- 6 AM (3rd Shift)

Multiple RolesAll team members are cross-trained and expected to be able to perform the functions of multiple position types during a given shift.
Responsibilities- Guest Service:
Welcome guests, build relationships, and understand needs to ensure a positive experience. - Food Service:
Contribute to an excellent food service experience, including preparation, sales, and assisting guests with items, while upholding quality, safety, and efficiency. - Problem Solving:
Understand needs of teammates and guests, take action to find answers, resolve issues, and suggest improvements. - Cleaner & Fresher:
Maintain a pristine environment and uphold brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and friendliness. - Cashier:
Read and respond to guest and store needs, operate a cash register, stock, clean, and support promotions in a fast-paced setting. - Host/Hostess:
Create an exciting environment, assist with Made to Order program, guide guests to products, enroll them in loyalty programs, and ensure guest satisfaction. - Food Service Team Member/Prep Cook:
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and safety; manage ordering, rotation, and inventory; uphold brand standards. - Barista:
Learn to prepare handcrafted beverages and manage payments and cash drawer, with training provided.
