Champion Chevrolet is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an energetic professional who enjoys building relationships, achieving goals, and providing top-tier service throughout the vehicle purchasing process.

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, both in-store and online

• Assist customers in selecting new and pre-owned vehicles that meet their needs

• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives

• Explain vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and warranties clearly

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business

• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and text

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

• Maintain accurate customer records using the dealership’s CRM system

• Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and dealership policies

• Previous automotive sales experience not required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-first mindset with a professional appearance

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Basic computer and CRM skills
