Part of the Division of Student Affairs, University Housing consists of nearly 2.8 million square feet of facilities and is home to more than 9,000 students. The department employs 220 full-time staff members, 21 graduate assistants and 565 undergraduate student workers.

Special Instructions to ApplicantsConditions of Employment:
- Must be enrolled on at least a half-time basis at the University of Georgia when classes are in session.
- Must be in good standing with the Office of Student Conduct and University Housing.
- Student employees are considered temporary employees.
- May not exceed 20 hours of work per week across all student staff positions.
- May not exceed 6 consecutive hours of work per shift.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 8 hours of desk shifts per week.
- Required to work during some home football games as required by your assigned community.
