Position SummaryK-12 Assessment Solutions is seeking an Administrative Specialist to provide comprehensive, detail-oriented support across all aspects of assessment development, project management, human resources, business and finance, professional learning, and sales/marketing. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations, consistent communication, and efficient processes that drive the success of K-12 Assessment Solutions’ projects and initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and/or Competencies- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, and related collaboration tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
This position is primarily office-based and involves extended computer use, as well as occasional light lifting of boxes and supplies (up to 25 lbs).
