Position Summary: This is the lead administrative support position for the Southwest District of UGA Cooperative Extension. It performs administrative and support duties with wide latitude for exercising discretion and judgement. It serves as office manager and frequently interprets written policies and procedures and explains them to others. It often deals with highly confidential issues and uses discretion effectively.

Duties/Responsibilities: The role is responsible for:
- Employee hiring and termination process, employee contracts, serious incidents reports, promotion process, annual performance reviews on all employees, keeping all matters confidential (50% of time).
- Assisting administrators with programs, often using full educational program knowledge (25% of time).
- Creating and maintaining databases, writing, editing, and coordinating reports and other related duties as assigned by the District Extension Director.
