Location: Regional Office with site visits across Foothills locations
Job GoalTo provide comprehensive operational support across Foothills Regional High School sites and regional departments, serving as a key director aligning operations across Technology Services ,
Registrar Operations & Student Information Systems ,
School Safety & Emergency Preparedness, and Federal Programs .
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Educational Leadership, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 3–5 years of successful operational experience in a K-12 school system,
- Knowledge &
Skills:- Proficiency with Student Information Systems (Infinite Campus), educational software, and operational tech workflows.
- Familiarity with student records management, state reporting compliance, and registrar processes.
- Knowledge of school safety protocols, emergency operations planning (O.C.G.A. 20-2-1185), and site safety tools (e.g., Centegix, School Dog, census verification).
- Knowledge of federal programs in a K12 environment
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships across site and regional leadership.
Key Responsibilities 1. Technology Operations Support
- Serve as an operational liaison between site-based staff, Site Technicians, and the Regional Technology team (IT Manager and Technology Technician).
- Assist in cybersecurity planning and implementation
- Support site-level technology readiness for state testing windows (EOC, ACCESS) and regional events.
- Collaborate with technology leadership to evaluate operational software tools and streamline tech workflows for staff and site directors
- Collaborate with the Data Collection & Registrar Manager and Site Registrars to ensure consistent student enrollment, transcript entry, course scheduling and records management.
- Assist in monitoring data integrity within Infinite Campus to support accurate FTE reporting, state reporting, attendance letter workflows, and no-show coding.
- Coordinate cross-site communication for registrars, assisting with administrative procedures and student record request resolution.
- Maintain, update, and review Emergency Operation Plans (EOP) and safety documentation for all sites.
- Assist with implementing and monitoring safety protocols, including Centegix badge systems, School Dog safety walks, and monthly Census Verification reporting.
- Help schedule and verify compliance with mandatory campus safety drills and maintain confidential emergency contact and distribution records.
- Coordinate regular site safety audits
- Facilitate effective communication and operational alignment between Site Directors, Regional Directors, and support staff.
- Serve as the Liaison between Foothills and Partner sites for facilities needs, including but not limited to opening new sites, work orders, technology and safety measures
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding student, personnel, and emergency security data in accordance with FERPA and district policy.
- Perform other duties as assigned by regional executive leadership.
- Assist in managing federal grants and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Provide administrative oversight for Title programs (such as Title I, Title II, and Title IV) across sites.
- Coordinate monitoring, documentation, and reporting required for federal program reviews and audits.
