What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Lead collaboration across cross-functional teams to align sales enablement requests with business goals
- Orchestrate the curation and creation of advanced sales enablement content focusing on complex solutions and sales techniques
- Define, implement, and maintain a library of templates and best practices based on adult learning principles
- Develop and implement metrics to track the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on analysis of metrics and feedback
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6-8 years of experience in sales, sales support, sales enablement, or a similar support role
- Experience using sales enablement platforms and AI capabilities to enhance enablement
- Strong project management experience across diverse teams
- Effective communication skills to foster trust and shared accountability
- Deep understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles
- Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate Rise, or Highspot
- Data-driven problem-solving approach, including measurement of impact
- Flexibility in managing competing priorities and navigating dynamic environments
- Collaborative stakeholder management and alignment experience
