Responsibilities- Monitor project budgets and alert Program Manager to discrepancies
- Track and report key performance indicators and project targets
- Manage time entries and work packages in accounting systems
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of internal and external resources
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for customer invoicing
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Less than 2 years administrative, operations, or project support experience
- Certification in administrative support, business operations, or project coordination preferred
- Proficiency with time tracking and accounting systems
Strong organizational and reporting capabilities
