Unarmed Security - Front Desk Officer

We are looking for a Security Front Desk Officer with exceptional customer service skills to join the Prosegur team! If you have experience in being a liaison between the clients and guests, you should apply for this position. Front desk experience is required at least 1 year, and at least 1 year of customer service experience.

• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Resolve or redirect resident/client complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with site services, hours of operations, directions, SOPS, etc.
• Checks in/out guests in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Report maintenance or equipment problems to appropriate personnel.
• Multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Always maintain a professional image and friendly demeanor.
• Monitor CCTV, Fire Alarm Panel, Access controls and assist with phone calls and packages of clients/residents.

• At least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of Front Desk experience.
• Minimum 1 year of Security Officer experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and outlook.
• Works well under stress and makes sound decisions.
