• DDS/DMD degree, active and unrestricted license in the state of Georgia
• Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues

• Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans
• Commitment to regular HIPAA training and protection of PHI

• 2+ years of clinical experience
• Proficiency with endodontics
