Participate in setting up events including moving tables, setting tables and chairs, staging, portable stairs, podiums, buffet set-up, bar set-up, equipment for speakers, etc.

Follow operational standards that exceed our customers' expectations for cleanliness, food presentation, and quality.

Complete all necessary work for future banquet events, as directed.

Ensure all meeting and event rooms are prepared for clients/guests a minimum of 2 hours prior to contracted time.

Read and interpret Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and planning sheets from Banquet management team.

Duties/Responsibilities

Clean up after the function: sweep, mop, clear dishes from tables, re-organize back aisle or staging areas as assigned, put equipment and supplies away in their proper storage areas. Handle cash/credit cards at times.
