Monday-Friday; some evening and weekend work may be required.

High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications- Past grant project experience preferred.
- Experience with digital imaging of still images and microfilm to optimize OCR output preferred.
- Demonstrated project management experience preferred.
- Quality control experience preferred.
- Experience with digitization and/or microfilm conversion projects, including microfilm inspection and assessment for digitization preferred.
- Experience with standards-based metadata schemas (non-MARC and MARC) and principles governing standards in digital libraries preferred.
- Knowledge of newspapers or serials, and ability to assess complex relationships between titles preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Three years of experience working in a library or similar setting.
- One or more years of experience supervising or directing the work of others.
