Work Schedule:

40 hours per week;
Monday-Friday; some evening and weekend work may be required.

Minimum Salary: $47,000

High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of related experience

• Past grant project experience preferred.
• Experience with digital imaging of still images and microfilm to optimize OCR output preferred.
• Demonstrated project management experience preferred.
• Quality control experience preferred.
• Experience with digitization and/or microfilm conversion projects, including microfilm inspection and assessment for digitization preferred.
• Experience with standards-based metadata schemas (non-MARC and MARC) and principles governing standards in digital libraries preferred.
• Knowledge of newspapers or serials, and ability to assess complex relationships between titles preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Three years of experience working in a library or similar setting.
• One or more years of experience supervising or directing the work of others.
