• 60% of time:
  Cleaning the front areas of the kitchen and food storage;
  Cleaning large equipment such as refrigerators, counters, serving lines, and tabletops;
  Keeping the entire area clean and ready for certified inspection at any time;
  Completing opening/closing sheets.
• 40% of time:
  Ensuring all fueling stations are full 24/7;
  Practicing FIFO (first in, first out) method;
  Keeping track of expiration dates for all grab-and-go items.
