In this position, Lead Peer Learning Assistants will begin in August and last through May. Lead PLAs mentor a group of PLAs in addition to their own PLA responsibilities.

• Working as a PLA in the assigned 5‑10 hours weekly performing Lead PLA tasks
• Act as a mentor for a group of 10‑18 PLAs
• Assist PLA Coordinator in interview process
• Promote OSSA services via social media and events
• Attend a monthly Lead PLA meeting
• Attend a mandatory Lead PLA training at the beginning of the semester
• Attend the Open House at the beginning of the semester
• Engage in ongoing trainings
• Other duties assigned
