Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent, and 5 years of professional experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of and experience with Quickbooks highly preferred
CPA experience highly preferred

Position Summary:

The Financial Operations Training Specialist creates and implements training programs for UGA Extension, serving county-based faculty and staff. The incumbent maintains a positive working relationship with all county, district, and administrative personnel. Due to the complex nature of the organization and operations, which include UGA Cooperative Extension and its county delivery service, the incumbent helps maintain accountability of funds, both state and local, to continue the College’s reputation of credibility with stakeholders.
